A common cosmetic colorant. CI 77891 is the color code of titanium dioxide, which is a white pigment. Titanium dioxide is often used so there is a white base so color can show more on the skin. Too much titanium dioxide can cause ashiness (and is thus not friendly for darker skin tones)
