Glyceryl Stearate Citrate: Similar to glyceryl stearate in that it is an emulsifier and emollient. This ingredient has a citric acid molecule added to its glycerin. This is what makes chemists call a diacylglycerol, which is two acids (citric and stearic) attached together with a  glycerin bridge.
